Many mums and their families have left the sleep in behind to take part in the Mother’s Day Classic on Mildura’s riverfront.
A four and five kay event were held from the Lock 11 lawns yesterday morning, raising money and awareness of breast and ovarian cancer.
Police have also thanked the public for turning out to a Mother’s Day event it held at Bunnings yesterday.

They also say they appreciate all the people that were happy to assist Mildura Police by completing the Victoria Police Community Sentiment Survey.
