An outreach program is set to come to Mildura to test heart health.
Federal member for Mallee Anne Webster says she wants to see more investment in health and preventative health in the region.
It follows the launch of a Cardio Vascular Disease impact report in Canberra last week, arguing how more than 360 million dollars in federal cash over five years could save thousands of lives by setting up a test, treat and track model.

The Member for Mallee says people get sicker more readily in the region than they do in urban centres, and it’s important more is done.
