Have you seen Douglas?
The 16-year-old was last seen in the Melbourne CBD on 20 June around 1pm.
Police believe Douglas may be in the Mildura, Bundoora, Mill Park, Carlton, Fitzroy, and Collingwood areas.

Police are concerned for Douglas’ welfare due to his age.
Anyone with information on Douglas’ whereabouts is urged to contact Mildura Police Station on (03) 5018 5300.
