A Mildura Rural City Council project is a finalist in the National Climate Awards.
Electrifying Mildura i’s aimed at moving the city’s vehicle fleet to zero-emissions vehicles between 2030 and 2040.
The council says it’s about cutting costs in the annual vehicle running and maintenance but also cutting its carbon footprint.
