An off-leash dog park could be built in Merbein, subject to a successful application for Victorian funding.
Mildura councillors will vote this week to apply for funding through the new Upgraded Dog Parks Program for the dog park in Kenny Park.
A report to Mildura Rural City Council has also recommended the city allocate 60-thousand dollars from a future budget for the project if it successfully receives the money.
