The Meat Masterclass is coming to Pooncarie (Saturday 11 October) & Euston (Saturday 25 October).
Locals will have the chance to learn butchery, sausage making & smoking tips with Andrew Gould & Chef Evan Algate.
The free full-day workshops will include tastings, and will run at the Pooncarie Town Hall on Saturday 11 October and at the Euston Club on Saturday 25 October.

There will be butchery demonstrations, a smoking masterclass, food and drinks, and activities for the kids.
