Wentworth Shire Council say they are proud to support the Anabranch Meat Masterclass, a day of skill-sharing and community connection.
They event is to be held on Saturday 16 May 2026, 9:30am for 10:00am start, at the Anabranch Hall.
There will be a butchery demo with Andrew Gould from A.G. Home Butcher, meat smoking with Evan Algate (Pavilions Bistro, and children’s activities provided by the OMRU from 10:00am to 2:00pm.

There is also a chance to meet local health, community, and ag services.
