Mildura Rural City Council may have a new Mayor tonight.
Councillors will be meeting later this afternoon to elect the Mayor and Deputy Mayor for the next 12-months.
Liam Wood will be looking to put his hand up again for the top job, looking for his third term.

Current Deputy Mayor Helen Healy has already declared that she will be running, and, if successful, she would be the city’s first female mayor in more than 20-years.
