A Frenchman will be deported.
The man had faced a Mildura court on child sex abuse material charges, but those were struck out in lieu of his deportation according to the Herald Sun.
The court heard the man was not the main offender in the charges.

He’s currently in immigration detention and is likely to be sent back to France next week.
