Police are investigating after a man was stabbed at a Remark house overnight Monday night.
Police and paramedics were called to an address in Banksia Street, Renmark address about 2.30pm yesterday, Tuesday 9 July.
A 36-year-old Renmark man was found with a stab wound to his abdomen and taken to the local hospital for treatment.
His injury is serious but not considered life threatening.
Riverland CIB detectives and crime scene investigators attended the scene and investigations are continuing.
Initial investigations indicate this may not be a random attack.
