Jake is missing.
The 21-year-old was last seen in Mildura at approximately 10pm on Wednesday 10 December.
Jake is described as having a medium build with a dark mullet style haircut. He was last seen wearing a royal blue t-shirt, grey shorts and blue slides.

It’s believed Jake may be headed to Sydney.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare.
