A man has been fined without conviction after admitting to stealing a bag and other items from a swimming pool.
The 31-year-old faced a Mildura court this week over the theft at a Bendigo pool last year, and using a stolen credit card to pay for items and withdraw cash.
The Herald Sun says the accused’s lawyer told the court his client was now living in Mildura to try and get away from his previous criminal behaviour.
