Mildura Crime Investigation Unit detectives have charged a man following an alleged hit-run collision in Mildura on 6 December.
It is alleged a man was struck by a car on Deakin Avenue before the vehicle drove away from the scene just before 5:00 am.
The victim, a 34-year-old Mildura man, sustained life-threatening injuries and was air-lifted to hospital.

Two men were interviewed at the time and were released pending further enquiries.
One of the men, a 43-year-old Mildura man, has since been charged with attempted murder and intentionally cause serious injury.
He has been remanded in custody to appear at Mildura Magistrates’ Court in March.
