Murray Mallee Local Service Area had several road infringements to report from over the weekend including about 11.40 pm, Saturday 27 July, Police stopped a white Toyota utility on Riverview Drive, Berri and submitted the driver to a breath test, however the driver refused to comply.
The driver, a 31-year-old man from Berri, was reported for failing to comply with a breath test and issued a 12-month loss of licence and his vehicle was impounded.
He will be summonsed to attend court at a later date.
