A local nightclub is closing its doors, with its owners blaming the downward trend in nightlife.
The operators of Rumours have taken to social media saying the hospitality industry is in pieces, saying the rise in alcohol taxes, cost of living and limited support from the government have led to them making the tough decision.
They’ve thanked staff, performers, suppliers and the public for supporting them over the last decade.

They say while this chapter has closed, there’s still a book to finish.
