Local motorsports groups asked to unite

Local motorsport clubs and groups are being invited to be part of the Mildura Regional Motorsport Alliance.

Mildura Rural City Council says it’ll unite local clubs under the one banner, allowing them to share ideas and resources while also having a more co-ordinated approach to the sport in the region.

Once established the alliance will meet every two months.

A final draft of the city’s Regional Motorsport Strategy is expected to be presented to council by the end of the year.

Expressions of interest will close on September 20 and locals can find out more on the Mildura Council website.
