Mildura Rural City Council and Swan Hill Rural City Council have both announced that over the coming weeks, you may receive a call from an independent market research company inviting you to take part in a Community Satisfaction Survey.
The survey is being managed by Klein Research, with phone interviews undertaken by their fieldwork partner TKW Research.
If you are 18 or older, you may receive a call and be invited to participate.
If you are contacted, both local government organisations encourage you to take part in the survey.
They say your feedback will help shape the services and programs that matter most to the community.
All calls will be made from a mobile phone number, and the caller will clearly identify themselves as TKW Research.
Participation is voluntary, and all responses are anonymous and confidential.
