Over the coming weeks, you may receive a call from an independent market research company inviting you to take part in a Community Satisfaction Survey.
The survey is being managed by Klein Research, with phone interviews undertaken by TKW Research.
If you are 18 or older, you may receive a call and be invited to participate.
If you are contacted, Mildura Rural City Council encourage you to take part in the survey, saying your feedback will help shape the services and programs that matter most to the local community.
All calls will be made from a mobile phone number, and the caller will clearly identify themselves as TKW Research.
Participation is voluntary, and all responses are anonymous and confidential.
