The match between Irymple and Merbein, who were renamed as part of NAIDOC Week celebrations, saw the Swallows get up by two points.
Other results saw ladder-leaders Imperials beat Robinvale-Euston by 30-points, Wentworth won over Ouyen and Mildura beat South.
