Robinvale Euston Football Netball Club will appeal its sanctions after the Sunraysia club was fined fifteen thousand dollars for breaching the salary cap.
The club was found guilty by AFL Victoria, last week, of going over the cap last season, and slapped with the hefty fine while also losing twelve premiership points.
The club is now arguing the sanctions are ‘excessive’ in the context of the offending, and are taking the matter to the AFL Victoria Appeal Board.

It’s not known how long the appeal process might take.
