A local building company has been recognised at the Master Builders Victoria Regional Building Awards after their work on an inner-city cottage in Mildura.
Bruce Lee Builder took out the title of Regional Residential Builder of the Year for the three-storey architectural extension to the cottage.
They’ll now go on to complete on behalf of the Northern Region at this year’s MBV Excellence in Housing Awards.
Zauner Construction Pty Ltd from Albury was awarded the title of 2024 MBV Regional Commercial Builder of the Year.
The two top awards were among 16 awards for display homes, custom homes, commercial buildings, and renovations announced at a gala dinner on Friday, July 5 at the Commercial Club, Albury in front of 140 guests.
