Lifeline Loddon Mallee is calling on individuals in Sunraysia to join their dedicated team as crisis support volunteers.
As the demand for 13 11 14 crisis services and support continues to rise, Lifeline Loddon Mallee is looking to expand its team to ensure that those in crisis have access to the vital support they need, when they need it.
Lifeline Loddon Mallee have seen unprecedented demand for the national hotline, known as 13 11 14 locally having answered over 18,000 calls in the year until 30th June.
They are now recruiting volunteers who will help keep up with the growing demand and see an extra 9,000 calls answered in the region in 2024.
