A symposium is being held at La Trobe University today, focusing on change being driven by climate, economic, technological and social factors.
Academics are joining community leaders for the forum at the Mildura campus with topics including Dr Heather Downey speaking on the changing relationship with water in the Murray Darling Basin.
The Future Thinking Forum follows a public lecture held last night.
