A low density residential development plan for Irymple will be discussed by Mildura Councillor’s tonight.
A report to Council says the land’s had the current zoning since 2016, with the plan needed for the subject area and approved by Council before a planning permit for development can be granted.
It’s recommending Councillors endorse the plan.
