Areas of the Mallee are facing an increased risk of fire in spring.
Authorities have released their latest bushfire outlook, which shows an increased risk of fire in areas of the southern Mallee and Wimmera.
The new report has found average temps have already been up this year, and it appears that will continue into spring.
