Domain data shows the national median is 618-thousand dollars, however anyone looking for a move to the north-west can buy a home for around 425-thousand dollars, while it’s around 430-thousand in Swan Hill.
Data from CoreLogic shows growth in the past month was point-eight of a per cent.
