House prices still below national average

Mildura and Swan Hill are two regions in Victoria where house prices are below the national regional median. 

Domain data shows the national median is 618-thousand dollars, however anyone looking for a move to the north-west can buy a home for around 425-thousand dollars, while it’s around 430-thousand in Swan Hill.

Data from CoreLogic shows growth in the past month was point-eight of a per cent. 

However the growth in the last 12-months was five-point-three per cent.
