Victoria’s north-west has bucked a regional Victoria trend of home prices falling
New data shows a slight decrease in property values across regional Victoria, but in the north-west area, which takes in Mildura and Swan Hill, the value has increased.
Figures from Proptrack show an overall decrease of one-point-one-eight per cent in the last 12 months across the state.

However in the north-west there’s been an annual growth of three-point-one-two per cent, with a median value sitting at 387-thousand dollars.
