House prices are continuing to rise, and its good signs if you’re planning to sell across our region as multiple towns see increases of more than 10 per cent in the past quarter.
Merbein has recorded the biggest increase both in the past quarter and in the past 12 months for any regional town in Victoria, up 13.4 per cent in the past three months, and an increase in the past year of 29 per cent.
It’s seen the median price up to $400,000.
That’s just one town though – Irymple is up 3.6 per cent for the quarter, while Red Cliffs was up 1.2 per cent and Ouyen up 12.8 per cent.
Mildura went up 4.8 per cent for the quarter, and a rise of almost 10 per cent for the year.
