“Hooligan” behaviour in Broken Hill

Police are investigating multiple reports of ‘hooligan’- antisocial and criminal – behaviour on Lane and Noonan Street, in Broken Hill, and are conducting high visibility patrols targeting aggressive driving and the use of unregistered trail bikes in the vicinity.

An investigation continues into a deliberately lit fire that engulfed a XR6 Ford Falcon Ute on Noonan Street over the Christmas / New Year break on the Tuesday 30 December 2025.

Being over the holiday period, police do seek any information that may assist enquiries.
