North West Victoria has bucked a regional Victorian trend of home prices dropping in the last 12 months.
New data from the PropTrack Home Price Index found an annual growth in the region of three-point-eight four per cent, with the median price for a home sitting at 376-thousand dollars.
Regional Victoria’s prices dropped more than one-point-three six percent over the last year to January.

Melbourne’s house prices rose point seven-seven percent.
Australia-wide, annual grown was reported at five point two-six percent.
