A federal review into the health workforce is being welcomed by local MP Anne Webster.
The Member for Mallee says the review is in line with the findings of a regional health workforce summit she held in Mildura earlier this year.
She says one of the key discussions of the summit was around helping practitioners working to the full scope of their skills and training.

Dr Webster says there needs to be a focus on creating a strong workforce that can provide effective care across several disciplines.
