A local sporting club has received Victorian funding to head to a Senior Football and Netball Carnival.
The latest round of the Aboriginal Sport Participation Grant Program has been announced, with Robinvale Manatunga Sports Club getting three-thousand dollars for travel expenses.
The Victorian Government says grants of up to one-thousand dollars for team uniforms and sport equipment are also available.
Mallee Sports Assembly has already received grants for uniforms.
Minister for Community Sport Ros Spence said “The next generation of First Nations athletes are set to do their clubs and communities proud, and we are backing them to succeed with this game changing program.”
