Free Breast Screening Mobile Clinic coming to Wentworth

Wentworth Shire Council say they are pleased to support BreastScreen NSW as they bring their mobile screening service to the community this month.

1 in 7 women in NSW will develop breast cancer in their lifetime.

Because the risk increases with age, women aged 50 to 74 are particularly encouraged to attend, though all women over 40 are eligible for the free service.

Clinic Details

• Dates: Tuesday 21 April to Wednesday 29 April 2026.
• Location: Wentworth Health Service, 24 Hospital Road, Wentworth NSW 2648.
• Appointment Length: Approximately 20 minutes.

What to Remember for Your Appointment

• Wear a two-piece outfit (you will need to remove clothing from the waist up).
• Do not use talcum powder, deodorant, or creams on the day, as these can affect the X-ray.
• If you have breast implants, please mention this when booking.
