There’s been an increase in the number of homes listed for sale in the Mildura Rural City Council region.
Figures from CoreLogic show there’ve been 426 listings in the last four weeks, almost one-hundred more than this time last year which was 327.
There’s also been a 31 per cent increase over the last five years, with the median value of a home sitting at 415-thousand dollars.
