A Meringur footballer has had their contract torn up by the club for what has been referred to as unacceptable behaviour.
The club releasing a statement saying that they had made the decision to cancel their registration at the football club effective immediately.
No explanation about the behaviour was given, but the club said in its statement that it did not condone or tolerate any form of inappropriate or unacceptable behaviour.
It added that the club held all its members to the highest standards of respect and integrity both on and off the field.
They added the priority of the club continued to be the safety and wellbeing of members and the wider community.
