Locals can have their say on Victoria’s Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Service.

The Victorian Department of Health is inviting parents, carers and families to share their experiences with MCH services.

The government department is inviting residents to share their anonymous feedback so they can better understand what’s working well and what can be improved.

This may include experiences with MCH nurses, appointments at your local MCH Centre, or when calling the telephone support service, the Maternal and Child Health Line.

The feedback will help inform what is working well and where improvements are needed to better support families in raising happy and healthy children.

To complete the short, anonymous survey, go to: https://engage.vic.gov.au/have-your-say-on-maternal-and-child-health-services

Open until Sunday 1 December, 2024.
