Mildura Rural City Council is setting up a ten-year Cultural Strategy aimed at supporting what it says is a strong and inventive community.
The strategy is aimed as setting a vision for cultural life within the municipality, and identifying key opportunities and areas of focus.
The city has gotten external consultants in to develop the document, including talking and engaging with key stakeholders and locals.
