Wentworth Shire Council is asking community members for input regarding the recently constructed playground and fitness equipment at Junction Park.
Youth, children and community members of Wentworth (and visitors) have been invited to a consultation session with a free BBQ, to be held today from 12:00 until 2:00 at Junction Park, Wentworth
Representatives from Buronga HealthOne will also be in attendance, showcasing their services and support for the community.
Council says playgrounds and fitness equipment are vitally important for the physical, emotional, social and intellectual wellbeing of children and community.
This project has been funded through Regional NSW – Stronger Country Communities Fund.
The objective of the funding is to provide projects that improve the lives of people who live in regional areas.
