A woman has died following a fatal house fire in Mildura this morning.
Emergency services responded to reports of a fire at a unit on Sunnyside Avenue about 12.10am.
A woman, who is yet to be formally identified, was found unresponsive and died at the scene.

She was the sole occupant of the residence.
Investigators are working to determine the cause of the fire, which is not believed to be suspicious at this stage.
