Victorian Minister for the Prevention of Family Violence has been in Mildura talking to family violence services in the region.
Vicki Ward says the Victorian Government is spending money into strengthening the prevention and response to family violence, and it’s important to meet with those in the sector.
She says specialists at organisations such as Mallee District Aboriginal Services and Orange Door carry out vital work supporting victim survivors.
