Early voting available

The Australian Electoral Commission has revealed the local voting locations for next month’s Indigenous Voice referendum.

There’ll be two early voting centres in the Mildura area open ahead of the October 14 polling date, at the Senior Citizens Club on Tenth Street or at the old Beds R Us building at Deakin Avenue.

The Pooncarie Public Hall will also be available for locals to vote early.

For those choosing to vote on the day, the AEC says locations will be the same as during last year’s federal election, with 19 polling places on the Victorian side of the Murray.
