Thursday 18th April at around 5:30pm a 68 year old male from Swan Hill entered a Booze Bus site on Campbell Street in Swan Hill.
He returned a positive evidentiary breath test of 0.108.
His ute was impounded and his licence was immediately suspended.

Police officers observed a loaded firearm on the front passenger seat.
All his firearms have been seized and his firearms licence immediately suspended.
He will front the Swan Hill Magistrates Court for the drink driving and firearms offences.
