Double demerits are in force in the state of NSW from today, Friday June 6 until Monday June 9, 2025 inclusive.
If you are caught speeding, using a mobile phone illegally, not wearing or incorrectly wearing a seatbelt or motorcycle helmet this long weekend, then you’ll face double the points.
Double demerits started at midnight tonight and continue until 11:59pm Monday 9 June 2025.
