Mildura Rural City Council is encouraging the community to get involved in their next Detox Your Home event.
The event is to be held on Saturday 18 April 2026, 9.30am to 12.30pm at Mildura Landfill, 15 Scherger Drive.
The free event is about safely disposing of unwanted household chemicals without harming your health or the environment.
Household chemicals such as bleach, pesticides, weed killers, cleaning products and fuels should never be put in your rubbish bins or poured down the drain.
Detox your Home events are drive-through and contactless.
