The 47 year old is wanted on warrants in relation to Burglary and Property offences.
Hutchinson is described as approximately 167 cm tall, with a medium build, blue eyes, and brown hair.
He is known to frequent the Mildura and Wodonga areas.
Investigators have released an image of Hutchinson in the hope that someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
