Cycling and walking plan for Red Cliffs

Local input is needed for a Red Cliffs Cycling and Walking Plan.

Mildura Councillor Jason Modica says the township is growing, with the draft plan looking at upgrades of off-road cycling and walking tracks, while connecting the town.

The aim of the plan is to provide a safe pedestrian and cyclist network within the Red Cliffs Township, developing, upgrading and managing off-road cycling and walking paths.

The project study area includes Nardoo Street in the west, Cocklin Avenue in the south, Nerrum Avenue in the east, and Azolia Street in the north of Red Cliffs, with the network to link key community destinations such as schools, shops, waterways, parks, and recreation areas.

There will also be a couple of chances to provide face to face feedback, on Wednesday 17 July 2024 from 3.30pm to 4.15pm at the Red Cliffs IGA and on Thursday 18 July 2024 from midday to 12.45pm at the Red Cliffs Post Office.
