Criminal incident numbers up locally

There’s been an increase in the number of criminal incidents and recorded offences in both Mildura and Swan Hill.

Mildura is in the top five areas for the state of Victoria.

Figures show criminal incidents rose by more than fifteen per cent locally in the year to December, while offences were up nine per cent.

Criminal damage was one of top offences.

The number of offences recorded in Swan Hill rose by seven per cent.
