A Frenchman facing a Mildura court on child abuse charges has asked the Magistrate to allow him to be sent back to France.
The court was told the 33-year-old signed a deportation order in immigration, and the flight’s due to leave tomorrow.
Police allegedly found child exploitation material on a USB during the man’s arrest in December last year, according to the Herald Sun.
