Federal MP Mallee Anne Webster is worried about the report of almost two-hundred GP clinics closing across the country in the last year.
The Member for Mallee says the expansion of the Distribution Priority Areas has been a major factor for clinics closing in her electorate, with not enough doctors in regional areas.
She says the closures are disastrous for those living in the country, and that the DPA saw more than half of international medical graduate doctors moving to metro areas.
