Compostable Plastic Bags could soon be a no-go in Green Bins across Mildura and Swan Hill.
The State Government is reportedly moving to ban them from the green bins after complaints from several councils.
The Herald Sun is reporting that other biodegradable products such as coffee cups have also been flagged as a concern by processors.

Mildura Rural City Council has a green bin for organics while locals have being getting used to also putting out the purple bins for glass recycling.
